    Hi everyone, thank you for your support and patience!

    Here’s a little Civolution update. 

    We’re working on a quick solution every day behind the scenes. Since we still don’t know how many boxes are affected, that will take some time, but we expect to have all the infos ready for you in the next 2-4 weeks. 

    Everyone who purchased a game at SPIEL, pre-order or not, will get their missing pieces send to them. Sending E-Mails out will be logistically difficult, but we will inform you on every platform, once the pieces are send out. The logistics for it are currently set in place. 
    If you purchased a game in Essen and haven't put your name and address in our form, you can still do this:

    We will also make sure that all issues are solved before the rest of the games go into retail. So it will take a bit longer for Civolution to go into stores BUT they will be complete and correctly packaged, once they arrive. 

    We’re obviously not happy with how things are, but we are all human and mistakes can, unfortunately, happen. 

    Saying this, we’re even more grateful to see so many of you already playing Civolution, there went so much heart and work into this game! Thanks for appreciating this. Your feedback was really nice and understanding and that’s what we love about this community.
